By subscribing, you gain access to 40,000 construction cost items tailored to your area based on your zip code in the US or your postal code in Canada. This feature allows you to have accurate and localized cost data at your fingertips.

ContractorTools is fully functional offline, ensuring that you can continue your work even in areas without an internet connection. Whether you're working in a basement or at remote job sites, you can rely on this app to keep all your data safe. Once you regain an internet connection, your data is synced to the cloud automatically.

Subscription information: Get started with a free 30-day trial of ContractorTools. After the trial period ends, you can subscribe for $49.99 per month. Additionally, there is an option to subscribe to the Craftsman costbooks within the app for an additional $9.99 per month. Your App Store account will be charged at the end of the 30-day trial, and subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in the Subscriptions screen within the App Store.
